A highly versatile knife that can be use to slice, chop and mince. It's primarily a vegetable knife not suitable for hacking through bones.

This blade is made from SF100 stainless steel. For ideal balance of durability and edge retention, the blade is heat-treated to 62 Rockwell. Convex grind, 500 grit satin finish, polished spine & choil.

The wa style handle is made from pommele sapele wood.
