I am based in the UK and ship to customers worldwide. Orders shipped outside the UK are sent DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid). The customer is fully responsible for all customs fees, tax and/or tariff charges and will need to pay such charges / fees before the parcel is released for delivery.
If your order was shipped and is returned due to your refusal to pay duties, I will deduct the cost of shipping along with the return charges.
UK orders orders are shipped via Royal Mail and will require an adult signature on arrival. Please allow 2-3 days for delivery within the UK. The cost is £14.00.
All orders are dispatched within two business days. International delivery times may take up 7- 14 days depending on location. A tracking code will be provided for all orders.
