A versatile chef's knife for everyday use. The geometry of the cutting edge supports rocking and push cutting techniques.

This knife is made from Takefu 67 layers of VG10 steel. For the ideal balance of durability and edge retention, the blade is heat-treated to 61 Rockwell.

The spine and choil is rounded / polished. Convex grind, 500 grit satin finish. Blackwood and composite material (brass shavings set in resin) handle.
