A versatile chef's knife for everyday use. It is made from Takefu super blue core with stainless clad steel. The blade is heat-treated to 62 Rockwell. The octagonal handle is made from osage orange wood. Convex bevels with 'tear drop' texture sanded to 500 grit. Polished spine and choil.
