220mm laser gyuto in 52100 steel heat treated to 62 HRC. The knife is lightweight and nibble with a full distal taper. Convex grind, textured spine, 500 grit satin bevels. Polished spine & choil. Octagonal handle - stabilised bog oak & walnut.
