2026 custom knife commission ( September - November)

I am releasing a small number of custom knife slots in 2026 (September to November).
This is a chance to commission a knife made to your specifications.

Purchasing a slot secures a commission in a chosen month. Each knife will be individually priced, based on design and materials. I will contact you within a week to discuss your requirements. The remaining balance will be due upon completion.

You can choose from 52100 carbon steel or SF100 stainless, both at 62 Rockwell. I offer a wide range of handle options, including hardwood, stabilised & hybrid wood, and composit materials.

Here's a general pricing guidance.

Petty up to 150mm from £140
Gyuto / chef knife up 250mm from £240
Nakiri up to 180mm from £210
Cleaver up to 210mm ( max 90mm height) from £270
Sujihiki up to 300mm from £240

Stabilised/ hybrid wood + £25

US shipping - import tariff ( 10% of the knife value) plus £20. The import tariff is pre-paid.
